Many of you are anxiously awaiting the opening of Guthrie’s Chicken, Dunkin Donuts and Waffle House at the corner of Sixes Road and Ridge Road. As the first building takes shape. here is the official layout of the development according to Dart Retail Advisors. There are still two units available for lease and some sub shops have reached out, but nothing is confirmed yet. So, if you have a business and want to be on Sixes Road, contact Dart Retailers. The developer, Matt Dahlhauser, said:
The building being framed is Dunkin’ Donuts and will open April 2019.. Guthrie’s and Waffle House will be open Summer 2019 and Circle K will be Sept 2019.
Also on Sixes Road, the opening of Nuevos Amigos Cocina Mexicana will be open to the public on March 4th.
The construction of the Wellstar Cherokee Health Park on the 60 acre site in Holly Springs at the intersection of 575 and Sixes Road is moving along. With 85,000 square feet of space, Phase 1 will include physician offices, medical imaging, urgent care, a sleep center, cardiac diagnostics, lab outreach and physical therapy.
