Update: According to the Roswell location, the new Woodstock store will be opening on December 12 at 6am with the “hot now” light on! Here’s the Grand Opening details and some people may camp out for these hot and fresh doughnuts deals!

For Cherokee County residents, the long, agonizing wait is over: a Krispy Kreme Donuts was just 
announced for Woodstock.
The AJC and the Cherokee Tribune report that a Krispy Kreme will be built at 9420 on Highway 92 in an gas station that has been vacant for several years. The Woodstock City Council voted unanimously to approve Krispy Kreme coming to Woodstock, citing that are a “great corporate citizen” and will be an asset to the city.
Specifications have not yet been determined, but that a drive-thru is in the plans. No date was given for an opening. This stretch of Highway 92 will be donut-dense with a Dunkin’ Donuts almost directly across the street, and a hometown favorite the Best Dang Bakery also within walking distance.
