Zagster Bike Share Program Comes to Woodstock

Woodstock is just one of the latest OTP cities to add the Zagster bike share program to its list of amenities. Zagster, a national bike share program, already has locations in Roswell, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, Smyrna and Suwanee.

Bike share riders can easily enjoy hopping on and off a bike at any Zagster location by downloading the Zagster app and becoming a member. The three new stations in Woodstock are located at the Woofstock Dogpark, Market Street and Elm Street, and at Rubes Creek Trail on Arnold Mill (very closely located to Reformation Brewery, conveniently!).

According to the Woodstock Patch, the funding for the Zagster program that was spearheaded by the Greenprints Alliance came from Rezide Properties. Partner Tony Perry stated that Rezide was excited to contribute to helping others live better, and this program is just another way our residents and visitors can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of downtown Woodstock.

The three stations with 10 bikes each was launched this past Saturday, May 6th. Let us know if you have tried them and about your experience. No more excuses now for us, we will have to try it! As the saying goes, “it’s like riding a bike”.
