Chef Todd Hogan’s newest steakhouse restaurant The Republic will open in Alpharetta at Liberty Hall. They will offer many fine cuts of beef, lamb, veal as well as the freshest seafood available. Hogan currently owns several other OTP restaurants such as Branchwater in Cumming since 2013, Branch & Barrel at Avalon in 2015, and recently re-opened Indigo in Milton. His partner John Adams came up with the name as it fits into the entire Liberty Hall concept.
Hogan says:
The Republic is unique in many ways. It’s a true American steakhouse experience. The primary difference between us and the other steakhouses in the area is that we will be focused on quality and value perception. Meaning ALL entrees come complete with the appropriate vegetable and carbohydrate.

I manage all of the restaurants the same way. We hire GREAT people. We also promote from within. Most of my managers have been a part of my career at some point. I have a few that started in a role of service and have been dedicated to fantastic service and have grown in our company. In a nutshell, I have two partners that support the simple approach of ” We can do it” I cannot do it without a team of greatness.
I truly want to know about their experiences at our restaurants. Every day is not perfect. we strive to be perfect, but things do happen, sometimes the dish is right but it’s just not to the guests liking. Theses are all things we want to know. We want to be more than just a place to eat, but THE places to have a great time and start traditions as well as make great memories.
