Reel Seafood Scoop OTPAs the main seafood restaurant in the Woodstock & Towne Lake area, Reel Seafood wants to offer a casual but high quality experience for their neighbors, residents and all of OTP. With Sunday brunch, lunch, dinner, outdoor seating, and a private room for 40, this restaurant is ready for your visit.

The husband and wife team of David and Karen Silverman will be celebrating the restaurant’s success two years this May. David is the Executive Chef and changes the menu based on season for the freshest fish and ingredients. His past experience as Executive Chef at both Prime and Strip combined with Karen’s hospitality background puts them two steps ahead to making sure you enjoy Reel Seafood.

Reel offers a diverse menu and daily specials. For those of you like my Scoop partner Michelle who aren’t a huge fan of fish, don’t worry — they have plenty of tasty meat and chicken options for you, too. Michelle enjoyed the hamburger special while I had the fish of the day over risotto and an oyster appetizer. The fish was fresh, risotto was deliciously rich, and oysters were on point! Plus, if you have special dietary needs or need something gluten free, the kitchen can and wants to accommodate you.

Overlooking the open kitchen is an interactive bar area where you can sit and order your full meal or just grab a quick drink. One of their specialty drinks is vodka that has been steeped over fresh fruit slices. Yum!

So if you want to have a nice date night, watch a game, relax with Sunday brunch (and a Bloody Mary bar!), enjoy eating outdoors, or have a fun event in a private room, Reel is your destination.

They are located at 8670 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188 and normally have valet parking too. Reservations accepted at 770-627-3006. Follow them on Facebook for the latest and freshest fish scoop!

If you visit Reel during lunch time, pop over next door to these two independent Scoop Approved boutiques: Fashion Cupcake and Spirited.

Disclaimer: I have eaten at Reel several times individually, but they have comped one lunch meal for Michelle and me.
