New Business Openings Around Town

Just in time for the holidays, we are seeing restaurant and family-friendly openings all around town.

Chef Ford Fry’s The El Felix opens at The Battery Atlanta on November 20th with a restaurant and food truck. A standout feature of the El Felix at the Battery will include a 1947 Raymond Lowey-inspired taco truck built into the design of the restaurant, a vision brought to life by acclaimed food truck builder David Ford of Food Trucks South. Clad in fresh & fun designs by Atlanta-based Office of Brothers, Inc., the mobile fiesta will offer on-the-go snacks including super nachos, with spicy brisket chili, queso, sour cream and jalapenos escabeche, “hot tamales,” steak and chicken tacos al carbon and signature margaritas, allowing visitors to take the El Felix along, throughout the Battery and into the ballpark! Additional fan-favorites will include “tacos de carnitas,” crisp tender slow cooked pork shoulder with cilantro, onions and spicy salsa cremosa, an assortment of tacos dorados, pan-fried tacos stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms and cheese and enchiladas suizas.
