Indigo Restaurant Converts to Duke’s Roadhouse

Chef Todd Hogan’s is changing his higher end Indigo Restaurant in Milton to a more casual family eatery called Duke’s Bar & Grill Crabapple in early July.  Hogan said:

The neighborhood has spoken, they want a more casual restaurant, not special occasion dining.

Duke’s Roadhouse is a change of pace for all the right reasons. Hogan has been testing the new Duke’s Menu with his regulars and they are part of the process for this neighborhood establishment.

The fancy chandeliers will be removed and replaced with a rustic industrial with a comfort casual feel. He will continue to serve local breweries, bourbon, whiskey. The menu prices top end will be $18.50 with most between $12-$18.

You can enjoy speciality sandwiches, burgers, southern fried chicken, and more. Hogan wants this restaurant to be for families, but also know that it’s great for late night as bands will perform on Saturday night. He said the name Duke represents the person everyone wants to know; someone friendly and strong.

Tell Chef Todd that the Scoop girls sent you next time you visit Duke’s in Milton. Hogan also owns Branchwater, Branch & Barrel, and is opening a steak & seafood restaurant called Praire American Kitchen & Hearth in Alpharetta very soon.
