Zoës Kitchen will be opening their 25th store this fall in the Towne Lake area of Woodstock near the new Sprouts Farmer’s Market, according to Tomorrow’s News Today. In addition, a Pet Supermarket will also be in the revitalized center.
Zoës, which means life in Greek, offers fresh ingredients for their Mediterranean-inspired menu. Everything is made fresh daily in generous portions — I love their hummus! Zoës started in Alabama and now has its corporate office in Texas with more than 219 locations in 20 states.
Sprouts plans to open June 28th and is revitalizing the shopping center, which also houses Tuesday Morning. Zoës Kitchen will be going in the location of 9 Round Fitness, an existing tenant in the center. 9 Rounds will relocate elsewhere in the center to allow for Zoës to open in its current 2,400 square foot end cap space. Zoës should open later this fall.
Retail Planning Corporation confirmed that 9 Rounds is moving to make way for a new tenant. Director of Leasing Fraser Gough stated:
We can confirm that 9 Rounds is relocating to provide for more restaurant spaces at the Shoppes of Town Lake. I cannot confirm that Zoe’s will be the Tenant at this time, but we are working on a lease for a Tenant in that space. We have signed leases with Pacific Dental, Pet Supermarket, Sprouts and others in the works. The center should look great once all the renovations are done.
When I asked Gough about article from Tomorrow’s News Today, he said that Eli Zandman “has a good sense of what may happen there”, which perhaps implies that the ink may still be drying on the lease and that we have the advance Scoop!
