The Atlanta Journal Constitution released a list of the 10 fastest growing cities in Georgia. Gwinnett county’s Grayson claimed the number one spot, but Woodstock made the list at number 9. If you have spent any time in Woodstock at all, this doesn’t come as a surprise. Here is the complete list:
- Grayson (Gwinnett County): 13.1 percent
- Waverly Hall (Harris County): 13 percent
- Davisboro (Washington County): 12.8 percent
- Hamilton (Harris County): 9.8 percent
- Keysville (Burke and Jefferson counties): 9.8 percent
- Jefferson (Jackson County): 8.9 percent
- Braselton (Barrow, Gwinnett, Hall and Jackson counties): 8.6 percent
- Port Wentworth (Chatham County): 8 percent
- Woodstock (Cherokee County): 7.6 percent
- White City (Douglas County): 7.4 percent
Honorable mention went to Kennesaw with 2.7 percent growth.
