Towne Lake (a planned community in Woodstock, GA) has two new eateries!
Both in the GameDay Fresh Grill plaza on Eagle Drive, Volcano Steak and Sushi is opening a hibachi style restaurant this fall, and Sugar Belles Bakery recently opened.
Volcano Steak and Sushi’s Founder Quanren Lin, began with Fuji Steakhouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and has extended his franchise of Volcano USA Inc., named after hibachi’s fiery cooking style, all across Georgia and Tennessee.
Lin’s other restaurants include Volcano Asian Bistro in Alpharetta, Volcano Steak & Sushi in Acworth, Okinawa Steak & Sushi in Canton, Pacific Spice in Cumming and Acworth, and Fuji Steakhouse in Chattanooga, TN.
According to Volcano Acworth’s Kristie Kao, the Woodstock location is scheduled to open in September or October. The space was previously occupied by the Towne Lake Diner at 2990 Eagle Drive in Woodstock.
They have lots of specials and a coupon on their website. Besides Hibachi, they also have sushi, Bento Boxes, Tempura, speciality rolls and more.

Additionally, Sugar Belles Bakery, a boutique-style wedding cake company, opened in June in that same shopping center. Sugar Belles offers sugar free and gluten free options for its customers, as well as some healthier, high protein choices.
