Taco Mac, the Atlanta born beer, wing and burger chain has taken it upon themselves to have a little fun with a new menu item: the Perimeter Burger, named after the I-285 perimeter. What exactly is on Perimeter burger? Ghost chili pepper cheese, fresh guacamole, sautéed poblano peppers, bacon caramelized onions, and mayo. Here’s the ITP/OTP option: you can order the Perimeter Burger ITP style (cheese stuffed inside the burger) or OTP style (cheese on the burger!)
Now, we aren’t going to tell you which style burger would be better–but doesn’t everyone have their cheese on the OUTSIDE of their burgers? And before ya’ll start hollering, we know how amazing the original Taco Mac location in Midtown is….but I’ve had many a good time at the OTP locations too. So what if I had to get there in my SUV and was surrounded by a bunch of sweaty, post-game youngsters?
The Perimeter Burger is only available for a limited time, so be sure to try one on your next visit to Taco Mac. I might just order mine ITP and OTP style since you can’t go wrong with either.
