The career experts at zippia.com have determined what the smartest cities in Georgia are, and it’s no surprise that OTP is well represented on the list. In fact, 5 of the top 10 cities are OTP. 
How was this list determined? Zippia looked at data from the American Community Survey portion of the most recent Census, focusing on the largest 127 cities in Georgia. They then took the number of people over 25 that had at least a high school education, and compared that to the number of people aged 16-20 that had dropped out of high school. Here are the results:
