ROBERTO’S DELUXE is the latest concept by Succulent Hospitality that will be joining the restaurant line up at Woodstock’s Adair Park. Presented by owners Jason Sheetz and William Sigley, it’s an homage to the late Roberto, their best oyster shucker and first employee. Succulent Hospitality is bringing other restaurants to Adair Park in Woodstock, but is well-known for Hammock’s Trading Company in Sandy Springs and Prime 120 in downtown Woodstock.
The restaurant will serve only the best oysters and shellfish from around the globe, in an up front and center raw bar, as well as counter mounted steam kettles, serving up delicious fish stews and chowders. You can view all the action from a large open show kitchen that will feature counter seating as well as an opulent and stylish dining room designed by Abbi Williams of Red Door Design Studios.
The atmosphere at ROBERTO’S DELUXE will be like being on a vacation! Delicious hand crafted cocktails will be served up at the inside bar or out on the deck at our party bar. Enjoy all the freshest fish and seafood from around the world as well as land inspired dishes that are sure to impress.
