OISHII Sushi Noodle Bar Coming to Woodstock

Adair Park in downtown Woodstock, Woodstock’s newest master planned community, featuring stunning luxury flats and outdoor plaza’s is proud to introduce one of their first “Commercial District” partners:

OISHII, the latest restaurant concept from Succulent Hospitality, creators of Prime 120, Hammocks Trading Company, and Under the Cork Tree. Pronounced: “oy-she”, it means delicious in Japanese!  Constructed on the 4th floor (rooftop) of building 2 in the Adair Park development in popular downtown Woodstock off of Main and Linton,  will feature a premium sushi experience.

Owners Jason Sheetz and   William Sigley will bring the success of their other concepts and a combined over 60 years of restaurant expertise to the plate to create a memorable destination dining spot.  It will feature a full Japanese sushi bar, featuring traditional rolls, sashimi, and creative takes on nigiri, as well as fun and exciting ramens created by Chef Sigley.  They will use only top quality ingredients.

The atmosphere will be one of sophistication and excitement. Featuring design by Abbi Williams and Red Door Design, it will be light and airy with amazing views of the downtown area.  The bar will feature craft cocktails and spirits.

Opening in the summer of 2022, OISHII  will certainly raise the bar for destination dining in downtown on Main Street and Linton.
