Variety reports Bullock’s Tybee Island home was recently listed “for rent” with a four-night minimum and a price of $1,400 per night. Bullock, who won the Academy Award for Best Actress for “The Blind Side” in 2010, purchased the home in 2001 for a little under $1.5 million.
According to Variety, the home features hardwood floors in the living room with a dining room that “comfortably seats 10.” The main-floor master suite includes a private sitting room and freestanding claw-footed bathtub in the corner. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor and a screened in porch, which features a panoramic view of the water.
