We peruse through Facebook all the time, and we often discover new businesses that way. So imagine our sheer excitement when we saw a restaurant named OTP Tap & Grill!
How could we not have heard about this before? Luckily, we found out it had only been around for a few months, so we gave ourselves a break and put it on our list to Scoop out ASAP.
The OTP Tap & Grill is a traditional American cuisine with a creative flair. The menu includes items like fried macaroni balls, “Yesterday’s Soup,” and daily flatbread offerings.
We went for lunch and definitely had a hard time choosing what to get. My rule of thumb is to order a salad (because I absolutely do not care to make them at home), but I am often disappointed. I ordered the Cobb Chopped Salad, and I was very happy with it. I’m a picky salad eater, so it says a lot if I’m happy!
Atmosphere is important, and I’m sucker for small details, like a funky chalkboard and cool light fixtures. OTP Tap & Grill had a great set up for day to night dining.
There is spacious bar area that has sliding glass doors, opening it up to a nice patio space — perfect for live music in the evenings. There are several TV’s too, so you won’t miss your favorite game.
One more big perk, at least for the shoppers out there that don’t live in the area: it is right next to the Frontgate and Ballard Designs outlets. So you can stop in there too while you’re in the area. We love being able to hit a few places when we are out and about!
So next time you are in the Holcomb Bridge area, give the OTP Tap & Grill a try, and tell them Scoop OTP sent you!
