A hotel is coming to Woodstock near the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta. The Woodstock Patch reports that a Holiday Inn Express variance request was approved by the city council. Documents submitted to the city show the hotel would have 81 guest rooms and 85 parking spaces. Those documents also show the hotel would be situated to the south of the outlet mall, near Rope Mill Road. For more details, Patch writer Krystal Dixon has the scoop!
If hotel guests don’t like their coffee, at least the Outlets will have their Starbucks open by then!
Also, a new mixed-use development with a Costco Wholesale is up for City Council approval too off the same 575 exit, Ridgewalk Parkway.
