Muss & Turner’s Opening In East Cobb

Muss & Turner’s Opening in East Cobb

Muss & Turner’s, a popular Smyrna restaurant off of Cumberland Parkway, will be opening a second restaurant in Marietta, where Common Quarter is located.

Common Quarter was part of the Unsukay Group that includes Local Three in Atlanta, Muss & Turner’s and Eleanor’s in Smryna.  With the recent exit of ex-partner Chris Talley, the owners saw an exciting opportunity to grow the Muss & Turner’s brand and to bring the East Cobb community a concept unlike anything currently in that area: a chef-driven, flex-casual restaurant.

What is flex-casual?

Muss & Turner’s East Cobb will offer our signature counter service during the day and shift to full table service at night. Our enclosed bar will clearly differentiate between adult and family atmospheres. The bar will offer full service to our guests all day.

Common Quarter’s final day of service will be Saturday, February 4. Construction on the building is projected to begin on February 6 and we hope to open our doors this March.

M&T represents a shared philosophy on food, drink, hospitality and how to do business. That philosophy is straightforward: People Matter Most, Local Is Priority, Seasonal Makes Sense, Authenticity Rules, Quality Governs, Delicious Trumps, Pretense Stinks, Comfort Feels Good, Appreciation Tastes Better, Prudence Sustains It All.

Since 2005Muss & Turner’s is a neighborhood joint with no culinary boundaries and no pretense. Deli by day and bistro by night. Come as you are, enjoy yourself and be comfortable.  Here’s a menu sample.

We look forward to trying this popular establishment at 1205 Johnson Ferry Rd NE in Marietta.  You can visit them now at 1675 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 309 in Smyrna.
