Guthrie’s Chicken was started by Hal Guthrie on the campus of Auburn University, serving college students. The focus of the restaurant went into full chicken finger mode in 1978 and became a family affair. Guthrie knew that the chicken fingers had to have the perfect sauce, so he enlisted the help of his children to create a recipe of irresistible sauce and the rest is history.
If you can’t wait for this location to open, the one on Cumming Highway is open.
And if you blinked – the Waffle House – is moving along rapidly just like the one on Eagle Drive.
Both franchises have now hiring signs up. Plus, the Circle K is also under construction as this development seems to finally be taking shape with a 2,400 square foot and 1,400 square foot leases still available according to Dart Retail.
