Located in the heart of downtown Woodstock at 120 Chambers Street (formerly Firestone Pizza) you’ll find Prime 120, the southeast’s newest premier prime steakhouse. You can dine in their elegant dining room or on the spacious patio by the 20 ft. stone fireplace.
Prime 120 is part of Succulent Hospitality, owned by Jason Sheetz and William Sigley, who also own Hammocks Trading Company and Under the Cork Tree in Sandy Springs. The restaurant had a soft opening this week and are currently open Sunday – Thursday 5-9pm and Friday and Saturday 5-10pm. Lunch hours will be offered in a few weeks. They serve the best steaks in the country from Allen Brothers Steaks in Chicago and the freshest fish available. Chef William Sigley has created a menu that truly celebrates the essence and flavors of the meats that are finished off in their Mugnaini wood ovens.
They also offer a private dining room, featuring a stone fireplace, for parties up to 30 and other options for large groups are available.
