Rootstock and Vine has rebranded with a name change to Rootstock and announced their expansion plans on their third anniversary last week. A two story expansion that includes a music venue on the second floor and a first rate larger kitchen should be open Summer 2021. Owners Sean and Anna Daily, who also own The Daily Draft, are excited about their plans to expand in the property adjacent to the right of the current building where the current patio is located. This will make their space about three times the size.
The upstairs music area will have glass that can be opened to their rooftop to see the city and the space will allow for bigger acts. They are expanding their wine cellar and will have a whiskey and wine library, as well as a club membership. Sean said:
We have also just finished launching our re-branding. We will see new exterior signs going on the building soon posting our new logo and name “Rootstock” The expansion will also allow us to expand our kitchen to offer more gourmet food options with our fabulous chef, AJ Jones.
