The Super Target, TJ Maxx, and Fresh Market shopping center known as Roswell Commons has a new outpost building being built at 1133 Woodstock Road.
The leasing agent, Kelly Hand of Weingarten real estate, confirmed that a Five Guys, Deka Lash and 1000 Degrees Pizza will be occupying those leases. In addition, there is a 3,587 feet space still available.
Five Guys, known for burgers and fries, has another location close by across from the Movie Tavern shopping center. Deka Lash, eyelash extensions, has locations 45 studios across America with three locally in Marietta, John’s Creek, and Chamblee.
1000 Degrees Pizza is opening their first location in Marietta, their second in Kennesaw at the Village of Towne Park, and their third in Roswell. The same franchise group will also be opening 6 Jersey Mikes around the area too, according to investor Harrell Caines Jr.
This shopping center is always busy and with the addition of two more restaurants, it is an easy place to stop for a quick bite. Of course, anytime I am around there, my go-to crave is Chicken Salad Chick!
