Last year, people in Canton, Newnan and Douglasville got a glimpse of Hollywood when Michael Keaton was in town filming “The Founder”. The film is based on the true story of McDonald’s visionary Ray Kroc. According to fans in Canton, Keaton was friendly as he posed for pictures with onlookers.
The movie’s opening date was pushed back from August to January 20th, but the trailer released in April. We were quick to watch it to see if we could catch a glimpse of the OTP towns that had been featured in the film. Take a look for yourself and see if you can recognize the Georgia cities that serve as backdrop.
