Kennesaw Restaurant Update

The highly anticipated Wisconsin based restaurant Culvers is now hiring with plans to open in late June or early July in Kennesaw. The newest Culver’s location will be at Cobb Parkway and Due West Road in a parcel called The Columns of Kennesaw. Here’s the Scoop on hiring, which may be perfect for those high school and college students in the Kennesaw area.

The restaurant is almost built out with a planned summer opening.

In the former World of Beer location which closed last summer, a second Kennesaw Newk’s Eatery is opening in that 745 Chastain Road location according to Tomorrow’s News Today.  The first area location is at Kennesaw Marketplace anchored by Whole Foods. This new location isn’t listed on the corporate website so stay tuned for more details. While other cities are hoping for an expansion to their area — Kennesaw will have two!

Flying Biscuit Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner southern style, will be opening late summer/early fall in the Kennesaw Marketplace. Their May 31st Facebook page said the outside is built and now on to the inside.

Longhorn Steakhouse is relocating in Kennesaw from Town Center Drive to 1184 Earnest Barrett Parkway near Cobb Place Boulevard. Sources say the new LongHorn, which at 5,850 square feet, will be larger than the current restaurant and will sit on roughly two acres according to Tomorrow’s News Today.
