From the second we entered Chef Todd Hogan’s upscale Indigo Restaurant in Milton, the ambiance was inviting and classy. We were greeted with some live jazz and a gorgeous bar area — I loved the chandeliers throughout the entire restaurant!
Hogan is known for being a hospitable chef and restaurant owner, and he greets those enjoying his restaurant. He makes you feel welcome, as did our attentive waiter, Mitch.
I was excited about the restaurant’s beautiful interior, but the true test came when our food arrived. My husband and I were dining with another couple and we had several different entrees as well as a few appetizers. The crispy Brussels sprouts were a favorite at our table, but everything was excellent. From seafood to steak, there is something on the menu that everyone will enjoy.
Hogan and Historic Hospitality Group have several other OTP restaurants: Branchwater in Cumming, Branch & Barrel in Avalon, and he is opening Prairie in downtown Alpharetta. All of Hogan’s restaurants offer wine and whiskey tastings and pairings, so follow them on social media for the latest events.
