The Butcher and Bottle is taking over MADE Kitchen and Cocktails location in Alpharetta this February after MADE’s successful 10-year run.

Intentional Expectations Hospitality Group (IEHG) expands with The Butcher and Bottle Alpharetta in the space formerly home to MADE Kitchen and Cocktails at 45-B Roswell Street. IEHG owns several other restaurants including The Butcher and Bottle in Ellijay, BB Social Canton, BB Tavern Sixes, BB Tavern Free Home and their newest location BB Tavern in Milton.
IEHG has officially taken over the location and will introduce The Butcher and Bottle to the heart of Alpharetta through a collaborative and respectful agreement and transition with MADE’s ownership and long-time friends of IEHG. The new concept will honor the foundation laid by MADE while steadily transforming the space into a refined, Southern-inspired steak and seafood experience under the growing The Butcher and Bottle brand.
The Butcher and Bottle Alpharetta is expected to open in early February. Rather than an overnight reset, the restaurant will begin welcoming guests as menu updates and brand-forward design elements are introduced gradually, allowing the space to evolve intentionally over time. Each visit will reflect continued progress — both in flavor and in atmosphere — as the location settles fully into The Butcher and Bottle experience.
“I’ve loved this location for many years,” said Adam Anacker, Founder and CEO of IEHG. “I’ve worked in the Alpharetta area in past chapters of my career, and coming back here feels full circle. This community appreciates quality, hospitality, and intention — and that aligns perfectly with who we are.” A step up within the IEHG Portfolio, The Butcher and Bottle, represents a more elevated offering within IEHG’s portfolio building upon the success of the group’s B&B Tavern and B&B Social concepts.
Known for its bold flavors, polished service, and chef-driven approach, The Butcher and Bottle blends Southern inspiration with upscale execution. Guests can expect Southern-inspired signature plates, steaks, and seafood, paired with a thoughtful selection of spirits, craft cocktails, and wines — all delivered with IEHG’s hallmark intentional hospitality. Leading the kitchen is Joey Stallings, who steps into the role of Executive Chef for the Alpharetta location after previously serving as Director of Culinary for IEHG.

“Joey’s sole focus now is this restaurant,” Anacker added. “He’s bringing his culinary talent directly to Alpharetta to showcase what The Butcher and Bottle can truly become. This is a step up — not just for the brand, but for the guest experience.” Stallings will also play a key role in continued menu development for The Butcher and Bottle brand, using the Alpharetta location as a showcase for its next phase of growth. A space that evolves with every visit rather than an immediate redesign, the restaurant’s menu and décor will continue to transition over time, shifting from its previous look to The Butcher and Bottle’s signature style. Guests can expect that every visit will look and taste a little different, reflecting the intentional evolution of the brand in this location. “We want guests to feel that progression,” said Anacker. “The food, the atmosphere, the details — they’ll continue to sharpen as we layer in who we are.”

Anacker and IEHG COO and Co-founder Brian Stanley continue to lead the group’s steady expansion across Georgia, guided by faith, discipline, and long-term vision. “We believe deeply in allowing God to open the right doors,” Anacker said. “We’re grateful for where we are today, and we’re excited for the opportunities.
