Daily through Thurs., Feb. 29, 2-10pm – The Americano Cocktails & Small Bites at the Winter Chalet
This winter season, Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta is one of seven IHG Hotels & Resorts to host an immersive larger-than-life Winter chalet installation experience as part of their “Travel Like You Mean It” seasonal winter campaign. Internationally acclaimed interior designer Corey Damen Jenkins developed the aesthetic and style of each chalet and Grammy-award winning artist Maren Morris will curate specialized playlists to set the mood at the chalet. Guests can expect to be transported to a winter destination and enjoy delicious refreshments from The Americano for a must-see winter and holiday experience. Live music can be expected Wednesdays-Saturdays from 5-8pm. Highlights from The Americano on the chalet’s menu include:
- Wagyu Poutine with french fries, fontina fonduta, biquinho peppers & french fries
- Fonduta Tre Fromaggi with fingerling potatoes, pretzels, seasonal vegetables & crispy gnocchi
- Pork Milanese with spätzle, parmigiano-reggiano, pancetta & brussel sprouts
- Salted Caramel Budino with chocolate tuile, vanilla whipped cream & caramel popcorn
Tinsel Tavern at Live! at the Battery (Now Open through Sat., Dec. 23) – Live! At the Battery’s annual holiday pop-up Tinsel Tavern has returned! Guests are invited to step into the magical fun throughout the merriest time of year and experience an explosion of tinsel and twinkling lights, holiday-inspired cocktails and small bites, themed-nights and photo moments. The whimsical experience is open daily through Saturday, December 23. Hours are 4pm-midnight Sunday through Thursday and 4pm until close on Friday and Saturday (excluding select days for private events). Reservations can be made here.
Mountain Lodge Pop-up at Hampton + Hudson (Through Sat., Dec. 23, 6-11pm) – This holiday season, Hampton + Hudson, the community bar and restaurant in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood offering elevated pub food, craft cocktails, beer and wine, will host a Mountain Lodge Pop-up to celebrate the most joyful and cozy time of year from through Saturday, December 23. The pop-up will be open 6-11pm nightly and serve warm ski lodge inspired food, apres-ski cocktails, hot toddy’s, winter beers, the infamous shotski and s’mores. The Blitzen Room at Ponce City Market’s Biltong Bar (Now Open) – Biltong Bar is “Up to Snow Good” as they transform their space for the fourth annual holiday pop-up: The Blitzen Room. The restaurant will feature swanky, vintage Christmas decor and seasonally themed cocktails from Chartreuse Hot Chocolate to Frozen Egg Nog.
Holiday Social Bar on The Roof at Ponce City Market (Now Open) – Just inside the tower lobby, the Holiday Social Bar welcomes Roof-goers with an over-the-top experience bursting with whimsical, floor-to-ceiling decor and holiday-inspired cocktails from an award-winning beverage team. Drinks include the likes of Sleigh Fuel, served hot with Old Grandad BIB Bourbon, Eggnog, Cinnamon & vanilla, and Christmas in Miami, made with Coconut Cartel Rum, mint, lime, bitter orange & angostura. No reservations required.
MixMas at 12 Cocktail Bar (Now Open) – Located on The Roof at Ponce City Market, 12 Cocktail Bar is home to a swanky holiday bar located in the tower on The Roof this holiday season, and every Friday night, they host holiday themed cocktail classes. Reservations are highly recommended and can be booked at 12cocktailbar.com.
Igloos on The Roof at Ponce City Market (Now Open) – Cozy up this holiday season in private, six-person igloos on Ponce City Market’s Roof, located alongside the ice skating rink and at 9 Mile Station! Skate the Sky’s rink-side igloos are available for all ages and 21+ parties (based on time and day). Premium igloos will open on weekdays starting at 3pm for all ages and come with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine or round of hot chocolate. Skate the Sky igloos include general admission to The Roof, skate rentals, 50 minutes of skate time, and unlimited games and rides at Skyline Park (when available). After ice skating guests are invited to Après Skate at Nine Mile Station. This holiday season, 9 Mile Station will transform into a Swiss woodland chalet with cozy igloos overlooking the skyline of Atlanta. The restaurant igloos will offer full-service dining, plus general admission to The Roof and unlimited games and rides at Skyline Park. Pachengo’s Decks the Halls with Feliz Navidad Pop-Up Bar (Now Open)
Pachengo’s at Buckhead Village has opened its Feliz Navidad Pop-Up Bar, now open Sunday-Thursday from 11:30am-10pm and Friday & Saturday from 11:30am-11pm. Through the end of the year, guests are invited to step into a festive wonderland decked out with holiday décor, music and Mexican-inspired beverages, welcoming guests with a Christmas playlist and festive atmosphere. Additionally, Pachengo’s is serving holiday-themed cocktails to pair with its traditional menu of tacos, enchiladas and starters such as queso blanco, tostadas and elote.

- Abuelita Borracha – Abuelita’s hot chocolate with choice of Patron or Angel’s Envy
