Another new restaurant is coming to Roswell! It appears everyday we are sharing Scoop about the city that is booming with new eateries.
American Pasta Factory is set to open at 1123 Alpharetta St. in March 2017, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Owned by a Marietta couple, the fast-casual restaurant will feature a menu offering noodles made on site and custom pasta dishes for both lunch and dinner.
The building was previously home to a Burger Chef restaurant in the 1970s and more recently the consignment shop, Ladybugs and Lizards, is being redesigned by Square Foot Studios and Urban Eats, an Atlanta-based consulting group.
