The Ivy Alpharetta

We gave you The Scoop last month about Alpharetta’s Varsity restaurant being turned into a food hall by the developers of Krog City Market. The new foodie hot spot has been named The Ivy, but no announcement yet on the names of the individual restaurants within. Developer George Banks is proposing five restaurants around a central courtyard patio on a site at the intersection of Westside Parkway and Rainwater Drive.

According to the website:

Aside from the restaurants themselves, we thought it needed a place: a community gathering spot for casual lunches, business meetings, birthdays, surprise parties and date nights.  College football Saturdays and Sunday brunches.  A place for adults and kids and families and singles. Something fun, unusual, festive, and entertaining. We think The Ivy will be that place, and we hope you’ll join us.
