Sprouts Coming to Woodstock

According to the Retail Planning Corporation’s website, a Sprouts Farmers Market is coming to the Shops at Buckhead Crossing in the Towne Lake area of Woodstock. Tuesday Morning is moving next door to a smaller suite with 15,069 square feet, and Sprouts will take over their 28,800 square foot facility. static1-squarespaceAccording to an employee at Tuesday Morning, the move will take place in February, 2017.

There has been a grocery store restriction in place by Publix, who previously occupied that location. According to Tomorrow’s News Today, a Change.org petition was created to free up that space. A similar situation happened previously with a Sprouts in Dunwoody.

For years, there have been petitions for a Trader Joes to come to the Towne Lake area, but residents will now have a Sprouts as a grocery alternative. Larry Singleton of The Good Group stated:

“We are excited that Sprouts is coming to Retail Planning Corporation’s Buckhead Crossing Shopping Center. With a strong anchor tenant like Sprout’s, this retail center, which has struggled of late, should show immediate increased occupancy.”
