Roswell Downtown Development Authority announced on Jan. 11, the selection of S.J. Collins Enterprises to redevelop the Southern Skillet Plaza site located off Alpharetta Highway with access to Frazier Street.
The “City Center” intends to be a “mix of uses that play extremely well together” and an “area in Roswell that people want to get to.” S.J. Collins intends on bringing a “boutique grocer” to the space.

As for retail, intentions are for businesses locating there to be complimenting the type of customer who will go to the grocery store and restaurants such as a co-working space, yoga facility, a salon and high end spa as potential examples.
The new development, encompassing 70,740 total square feet, is anticipated to also include 128 apartment units and eight townhome units with 196 residential parking spaces, in its design.
