In the space where long standing Roswell restaurant, Pastis, was located will become a Rock ‘N’ Taco restaurant. They currently have a location in Atlanta, where they bill themselves as a “taqueria, bar, and late night lounge.”
The Sandy Springs location which opened in 2016 has closed, so this would be the second location in Roswell at 928 Canton Street.
Steve Stroud, the Executive Director Economic and Business Development of Roswell Inc, confirmed that the rumor is true even though the City of Roswell doesn’t have a business license registered yet for the space. We have reached out to Rock N Taco and hope to have some updates to this article soon, but we were excited to share The Scoop that they are coming!
