Update 3-13, The Ippolito Family confirmed they are building a restaurant at 980 Canton Street and it may be an Ipp’s Pastaria or a new concept which would be similar. Stay tuned as they are aiming for a late summer/early fall opening.
On the heels of closing their Alpharetta location, Ipp’s Pastaria & Bar, a venture by The Ippolito family that combines the best of old tradition with fresh new tastes and atmosphere, has started construction in downtown Roswell at 980 Canton Street, next to GC BBQ. Ipp’s also has a popular downtown Woodstock location.
The Roswell location was previously home to the Ford Smith Fine Art Gallery.
No word yet on an opening date; we will update as we get them. As regular visitors to the Woodstock Ipp’s, we are excited about this new location in Roswell.
