**NOTES:
1. If you have more than one child in this age range, submit them together. We cannot guarantee that all siblings will be selected, but we try.
2. PARENTS: we may or may not be able to use real parents on camera. You can include parents in the submission, info etc.. and we will let you know if we can use you, after we have booked the minors this week.
