Boneyard Kitchen & Tap Menu

Boneyard Kitchen & Tap in Roswell will be a high-end, family-friendly sports bar. Owner Ryan Bing worked for 17+ years at The Wing Café and Tap House in Marietta, GA., where he served as General Manager from 2006 to the end of 2017.

They are aiming to open early May at 12050 Etris Road as they are currently on schedule and are working diligently to keep on that track. Bing said that Roswell’s commitment to connecting and supporting local businesses is what attracted him.

The city’s rich history of dedication to growth, and staying family driven reflects their values and makes this restaurant the ideal setting to complement the community.

Be prepared for lots of TV’s for game days and the menu has a lot of unique aspects to it.  They will still pay tribute to traditional favorites with high-quality while maintaining an approachable price point. Bing said:
We’re a restaurant goers dream, perfect for any occasion!
This menu may still be revised:
Chef David Bakitas started his career working with Scott Serpas at Sia’s. He went on to work at Killer Creek and One Midtown Kitchen with Bob Amick. After that, he was the chef at NYP, Kurt’s Bistro, owner/chef at Braise and most recently, executive sous chef at Epicurean Café. In addition, there will be an extensive draft beer list with more than 20 brands on tap.
Their website is still under construction but you can follow them on  Facebook and Instagram, with the handle @boneyardkitchen.
