Are you an HGTV junkie? If you watch the shows and think, “we could do that” now is your opportunity. The HGTV show “Flipping Virgins” is casting in Atlanta for first-time investors looking to flip a house. The show will star HGTV host and Atlanta Magazine’s Home columnist Egypt Sherrod.
According to Atlanta Magazine, the qualifications for the show are:
-Be looking to buy a house in or around Atlanta between May and August of this year.
-Have never flipped a house before.
-Have financing in place and and be ready to spend and renovate.
-Be available for eight days of filming, staggered over 12 weeks.(Renovations completed in about 30 days).
-Be 21 years of age or older.
