The Greenwise Market concept from Publix has announced its first Atlanta location, and it is in East Cobb!
According to Tomorrow’s News Today, the new joint venture development between Marietta-based Brooks Chadwick Capital and Atlanta-based Fuqua Development will be near the intersection of Shallowford and Sandy Plains Roads. The store will be about 25,000 square feet and could open as soon as next summer.
The proposed shopping center would also house two “chef driven” restaurants, high end retail, and a self-storage facility.
Greenwise Market is a grocery store that offers a variety of organic, specialty and traditional grocery items. A love of great food, healthy living and a commitment to fill your life with goodness.
Greenwise Market currently only has 3 other locations nationally, with plans for a South Carolina and an additional Florida location in the works.
