It is just one of the many wonderful things about the city and is home to many amazing restaurants such as Colletta, The El Felix and one of my favorites, Oak Steakhouse.
The new hotel that recently opened is beautiful and very reasonably priced. If you have out of town guests coming to the area and it is convenient, I highly recommend The Hotel at Avalon. Be sure and stay for the Sunday brunch at South City Kitchen, in the lobby of the hotel.
The Real Estate market in Alpharetta continues to boom. Since the beginning of 2018, 994 homes have sold in Alpharetta with an average sales price of $490,539 and spend an average of 42 days on the market. There have been 400 condos/townhomes that have sold with an average sales price of $303,787 and an average of 34 days on the market.
