Chopt Creative Salad Company, a fast-casual restaurant chain that focuses on salads is opening a location in east Cobb this fall anchored by a Trader Joes and CVS called Pinestraw Place.
The new restaurant will be at 4250 Roswell Road suite 620, at the intersection of Roswell and Johnson Ferry roads and near the Avenue East Cobb shopping center.
Founded by New Yorkers McCabe and Tony Shure in 2001, the restaurant was meant to give people who wanted to make a meal out of salad a quality option. The new salad restaurant will feature over 60 ingredients and 17 dressings. Customers can order the same way people order at any fast casual restaurant moving down the line and picking out desired ingredients.
This location will also have an outdoor large heated patio. Meanwhile you can check out the other Georgia locations.
When it comes to supporting our local communities, they strive to form long-term partnerships with local food artisans, farmers, small businesses, and producers with better food and better practices. This approach, along with our commitment to source the freshest produce available, enables us to create the most flavorful salads and bowls around.
