There are some “big” announcements for these two restaurant chains this week that should make fans pretty happy.
Atlanta based Chick-fil-A has announced that they are adding a few key items to their menu. Now available on their regular menu are the waffle chips, a favorite side item of many that previously was only available on their catering menu. 30-Count Nuggets are now available nationwide and can be ordered at the counter, through the drive-thru and via the Chick-fil-A Mobile App. And, the fruit cup is getting an upgrade: based on customer feedback, the fruit mix has been improved to feature fewer apples and more premium fruit options. The Fruit Cup is served chilled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, red and green apple pieces and mandarin oranges.
Earlier this summer Chick-fil-A announced it was introducing meal kits to its menu and the first two options are chicken parmesan or chicken enchiladas. Check your local store to see if they are participating.
And, for you PSL lovers, the wait is over on August 28th. The announcement that Starbucks would be bringing the popular Pumpkin Spice Latte back earlier than in years past sent the internet into a bit of a tailspin with funny tweets both positive and negative. So, if you’re Team PSL you can get one on the 28th and enjoy it in the 90 degree heat.
