A unique Blue Ridge retailer, Canoe, a lifestyle brand of bags and jewelry is opening their second location in downtown Woodstock by early October. A third location is set to open at Halcycon Forsyth in March of 2019.
Founder and Designer Lynn Kemp said:
I picked Downtown Woodstock for the creative town vibe, lots of close by living, active community and the walkable fun atmosphere of shopping…plus we are offering a product line no one else has…since we make it ourselves!
The store will carry the full line of jewelry, bags and home accessories that they carry in Blue Ridge in this larger Woodstock location. They make all of their products in their own facility in Blue Ridge, with the exception of some of rings they carry.
The decor of the new location is sure to satisfy the creative soul with handmade tables, lighting and fixtures — but don’t get too attached as those aren’t for sale. Kemp said:
We love to create a space that really showcases our products beautifully and have our customers linger longer by providing a seating area too.
