Their Facebook Page doesn’t have much information, but from their website:

Bayou’Q will be a cajun twist on the traditional BBQ featuring house-smoked tasso in our version of Shrimp N Grits, Po’ Boy sandwiches, Zydeco oysters, Cajun Cracklins, plus the more traditional brisket, ribs, chicken, house-made sausage, and our unique sides including spicy greens, mama’s Mac-n-Cheese, and more!

Chef Marcus Dickman was born in Atlanta and lives in Roswell now.  He was raised in New Orleans, grew up in the restaurant business most of his life, with 15 years and lots of hours in the kitchen as well as front of house Bartender/Server trainer opening staff for such brands as Dave & Busters, California Pizza Kitchen, The Chart House, and Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchens.

We look forward to trying them out!
