Update 6/11: Aiming to open June 15th, waiting on health inspection.
Rainbow Asia in Canton will now be known as Wasabi Sushi & Steak Japanese Restaurant. Two very experienced sushi chefs, Delowar Howlader (Taro) and Moe Minal, will be taking over the restaurant located at 3725 Sixes Road, Suite 109. This new restaurant is not affiliated with Kani House in anyway.
This Japanese Restaurant will serve high quality food, dine-in, take-out, and even delivery (within limited area ).
On their Facebook Page, it states:
Hello Everyone, words can not express on the amount of people that have being showing support and with that in mind Thank you to all. As of today we have started our renovations. We are still trying to aim for June 8th, but as said before we will give an official announcement two to three days prior to opening with our store hours as well.
