A second location of True Food Kitchen, the healthy eatery, will open at Avalon in Alpharetta next year. The restaurant will open on the west end of Avalon Boulevard across from Crate & Barrel in 5 ,800 square feet of space in addition to almost 4,000 square feet of outdoor patio space It is expected to open in the fall of 2019.
True Food Kitchen has locations in 14 states — its first Georgia location is at Lenox Square. The restaurant was founded on a set of simple and exhaustively researched principles known as the anti-inflammatory diet where every ingredient matters.
Its menu caters to nearly every food preference with a variant of gluten-free, naturally organic, vegetarian and vegan offerings. The restaurant also features a lively scratch bar featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas, and natural refreshers. Renowned physician and doctor of integrative medicine, Dr. Andrew Weil, the founder of True Food Kitchen said:
