Starbucks Coming to Adair Park Woodstock

Cup of Joe Holdings, LLC, a locally owned business by a resident of Milton, will be opening a licensed Starbucks coffee shop in Adair Park Woodstock.

Located in historic Downtown Woodstock, Adair Park is an ultra-pedestrian-friendly neighborhood featuring restaurants, retail, office, luxury flats and single-family homes.  We previously announced that a Sushi Noodle Bar has also signed a lease.

While they are still finalizing the design, it is expected to incorporate the latest fresh ideas and concepts by Starbucks.  This is the perfect solution to merge a trusted national brand with local ownership and operation.

The same owners opened a Starbucks coffee shop in Adair Park’s sister development Market District Crabapple in the heart of Crabapple.  The Starbucks is perhaps one of the best pure coffee shops in the area, with no drive-through, and open for seating since the day they opened in March.  With a rich and warm interior with brick and wood, it provides a perfect environment to stay awhile.  This same attention to warmth and comfort is being used to design the Downtown Woodstock Coffee Shop.

There are currently two locally owned coffee shops in Downtown Woodstock, Copper Coin and Circle of Friends Coffee Shop inside The Circuit.  Recently, Tea Leaves and Thyme  sold their property as the owners were ready to retire.

Starbucks Adair Park is targeting an opening date of late Spring 2022.
