Pokéworks is a fast casual poke restaurant that began in 2015 after being inspired by Hawaiian poke. It offers a build-your-own style poke menu that lets you customize your meal with fresh and healthy ingredients. You can create your own poke bowl, poke burrito, or poke salad with our wide variety of proteins, sauces, and toppings to choose from.
There are 56 franchises in 21 states and the first Georgia location was in Peachtree Corners. The second location is opening October 17th at 2980 Cobb Parkway Suite 172, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. It’s 1.5 miles from The Battery Atlanta and in Cumberland Festival shopping center, which is across from Bed Bath and Beyond, LA Fitness and Chick Fil A.
The new outpost at 2980 Cobb Parkway Suite 172, Atlanta, GA 30339 made its debut this week and is now serving its poké both in traditional poké bowls, as a salad over lettuce, or Instagram-friendly poké burritos. To give diners the opportunity to sample authentic Hawaiian flavors, Pokéworks has partnered with a Maui native, celebrity chef and Top Chef alum Sheldon Simeon, to develop bowls labeled “Signature Works” that combine specific ingredients. Inspired by sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients, Pokéworks is committed to bringing diners superior seafood. The restaurant will be open for 3rd party platform deliveries on Friday Oct 16th 11:30 am – 7:00 pm and open for the general public on Saturday Oct 17th.
They also have a selection of Signature Works poke bowls that feature ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, scallops, free-range chicken breast, and tofu. A few of their most popular poke bowls include the Umami Ahi, Spicy Serrano Salmon, and Yuzu Ponzu Salmon. Inspired by sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients, Pokéworks is committed to bringing you superior sushi grade seafood.
You pick your base, your protein, mix it, top it, and then flavor it to make your own healthy creation. Pokéworks features the familiar serving line in which diners can “Poké Their Way”, which assemble their own bowls of fish, veggies, garnishes and Pokéworks’ signature sauces. Chicken, shrimp and tofu offer an alternative to salmon or ahi tuna, and all can be made into a rice bowl, burrito, salad or nachos. Pokéworks offers a more diverse array of toppings that includes macadamia nuts, lotus root chips, and cream cheese.
