Bridge Pointe Plaza, the shopping center located on the corner of Sixes Road and Ridge Road, will be welcoming a Moe’s Southwest Grill later in 2022. In an announcement on their LinkedIn page, retail acquisition firm Sullivan Wickley announced that the end parcel of the shopping center is the future location of the restaurant.
Jimmy Davis of Sullivan Wickley stated “Moe‘s is the first piece of the puzzle in the repositioning of Bridge Pointe Plaza. Shahid Panjwani, the operator for this location, is a multi-unit Moe’s franchisee with extensive restaurant experience.”
The current tenant, Bio-Tech cleaners, will be closing at the end of October.
