The 150 year old farmhouse and 1930’s cottage were preserved and restored with classic elements that compliment the quaint Crabapple Historic district where it is located.
You can stroll along the intertwining outdoor deck and patio, enjoy a libation at their bar, or warm up by the fireplace. The ambiance will put you at ease.
(Here’s a scoop tip: If you ever need to reserve a room for a special occasion or private event for many people, book the breezeway as it is now enclosed and offers a private setting. There is no minimum for ordering, not that you wouldn’t take advantage of the wonderful menu anyway.)
Trusted friend and scooper has recently been to Milton’s twice in the past month (she scored a great Travel Zoo offer in 2012) and has enjoyed several menu items including: the mushroom and leek soup, wild mushroom and cheddar cheese meatloaf, pimento cheese grit fritters, short rib with mushroom and leek bread pudding, the delicious vanilla bean crème brulee, and the Nutella cheesecake. (Am I the only one salivating reading her menu choices?!) Every bit was delicious and kept her wanting to go back!
Many of the ingredients come from their own on-site garden, dubbed the Milton’s Acre.
The fresh-from-the-garden food, attention to detail, and interesting entrees makes this a great North Fulton restaurant choice. Overlook their rocky driveway and enjoy the experience of dining out in a great restaurant. That’s the scoop!
