Maple Street Biscuit, a breakfast and lunch spot based out of Jacksonville, has leased space in Woodstock in the Towne Lake Square shopping center. The suite had previously been occupied by a local favorite, Papa P’s.
Maple Street Biscuit is a popular and growing restaurant with locations in northern Florida, Chattanooga, South Carolina, and recently announced Duluth, Georgia in Parson’s Alley. Owners Scott Moore and Gus Evans have been in business since 2012, and operate on the four guiding principles of offering comfort food with a modern twist, gracious service, and immaculately clean store and a sustainable business.

Menu items include biscuit sandwiches “the Sticky Maple” and “Garden Bird”, biscuits and gravy, a couple of salad choices and entrees “with a twist”. Having visited the Chattanooga location, I can assure you will find Maple Street to be a new favorite spot to get your biscuit fix.
