Alpharetta’s popular brewery and eatery Jekyll Brewing is opening a location in Downtown Woodstock. What Now Atlanta reported that Alpharetta business has signed a lease for a two-story restaurant building at 8634 Main St. in Woodstock, according to Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, who brokered the deal.
The nearly 10,000-square-foot building formerly housed Main & Mill restaurant and Public Woodstock market, which closed it’s doors earlier this summer after a highly anticipated opening. The owners are currently launching nearby Ten Sushi.
Jekyll Brewing Woodstock is planned to open by December of 2022, and will include a brewery, distillery as well as an Executive Chef Kitchen. A peek at the Alpharetta menu looks to have oysters, shrimp and grits, burgers, salads and many more options. Brunch, a coffee and juice bar are also at the Alpharetta location.
Without a doubt, the brewery has secured prime real estate in the bustling downtown area. Currently, there are several vacant spaces in downtown, including the announcement of the closing of Copper Coin, that should result in some big changes. Follow us for updates.
